Cultural Caravan - Corporate Edition is a campaign partnership between the labor unions in Fengxian District in Shanghai and Hangzhou Bay Development Zone. The goal is to promote interaction among corporations, staff and the local residents. The campaign attracted staff from FEIS, OPSC and the FENC affiliate, Everest Textile Co. Ltd, who were joined by their families and local residents, reaching over 400 in attendance. The event brought tremendous exposure and publicity for the 3 corporations, and enhanced their brand images. Meanwhile, the campaign brought local residents closer to the corporations, improving corporate reputation and local recruitment potential. Participants have expressed how this campaign boosted morale and their fighting spirit, and add to the credibility of staff’s referral of job candidates.
