Hsinpu Chemical Fiber Plant has been established for over half a century. During this period, the plant has been providing employment opportunities for the locals and developing local talents. Many of its employees are now retired. As a token of appreciation for their professional dedication, the plant holds regular homecoming programs for them to get reacquainted with the organization and its current employees. The 2019 homecoming took place on May 18th, and over 90 retirees returned to the plant, where they learned about corporate investments and development in the domestic and international fronts. They also benefited from the health management and environmental protection concepts shared on that day. A retrospective of the Home-loving Festival held 30 years ago took the retirees on a walk down memory lane. They also shared their endeavors after retirement, such as serving the public, or becoming business owners of bakeries, restaurants and homestays.

Years of homecoming events establish a close connection between the retirees and the Company. Homecoming is also a program that helps the retirees with retirement planning, lifelong learning and ultimately achieves sustainable development. We will continue on with such meaningful cause.
