Kuanyin Chemical Fiber Plant added two air pollution detection points through the existing IoT system in December 2021 to monitor air pollution in real time. The Message Queuing Telemetry Transport (MQTT) network protocol was incorporated during the process, which upgraded the system to Industry 4.0 and integrated it into the existing smart information platform to facilitate real-time management. The 2022 quarterly data reached 98 to 99% accuracy. Its data accuracy and timeliness enhance the effectiveness of air quality management and control, bringing the plant closer to its goal of sustainable development.
