On November 16, 2023, Taipei Far Eastern Group Communication Park (Tpark) held the "Tpark Sustainable Technology Forum", inviting industry, government, and academia to jointly explore how to move towards a sustainable net zero future through AI digital technology. Far EastTone Telecommunications and representatives of eight other tenants in the park were also invited to participate in the "Moving towards Net Zero Ceremony", At the same time, Professor Hu Demin, Executive Vice President of Far EasTone Telecommunications Information and Digital Transformation Technology Group, Professor You Jingying, Executive Director of Yuan Ze University's Net Zero Carbon Sustainability Development Program, and Deputy Director Zheng Mingshan of Industrial Technology Research Institute's Green Energy and Environmental R&D Center were invited to give keynote speeches. Yin Shufen, vice president of Far Eastern Resources Development, said that the park introduced the concept of sustainable environmental design when developing. In addition to building a rainstorm management system to recycle rainwater, it also built Wanping Ecological Park. In the future, it will join hands with the company to move towards net zero and build an international sustainable low-carbon park.
