Far Eastern Apparel (Vietnam) cultivates excellent leadership teams for the new era

In response to the demand for leadership in the new era, Far Eastern Group's Human Resources Development Center has partnered with Far Eastern Group's Vietnam Human Resources Department to launch the "Far Eastern Group Corporate University - Managerial Training Course" project. At the opening ceremony on December 25, 2024, senior experts from the Vietnamese factory area were specially invited to teach with a team of top lecturers from the Business Research Institute of Hu Zhiming University of Economics. The core skills covered include maintaining and developing corporate culture, strategic management, organizational behavior, negotiation and negotiation skills, etc. Through seminars, special courses, and practical scenario simulations, we aim to assist Vietnamese middle-level supervisors in enhancing their professional abilities.
