Far Eastern New Century Corporation has won both the Platinum and Gold awards at the A'Design Award
Far Eastern New Century Corporation's Far Eastern Dyeing&Finishing (Suzhou) division has partnered with Oriental Petrochemical (Taiwan) and the chemical fiber industry to develop biomass materials, and combined downstream functional knitting technology with garment design to produce elastic fabrics with exclusive biomimetic knitting technology and recyclable systems. They participated in the 2025 Italy A'Design Award International Design Award and won both the White and Gold awards, once again demonstrating Far Eastern New Century Corporation's textile research and development strength and showcasing the results of the group's vertical integration.
1. FENC ® Thermobionic: A 'Design Platinum Award
Far Eastern New Century Corporation uses 100% biopolymer polyester and Far Eastern New Century Corporation's special cross section yarn, inspired by biomimetic sensory science and combined with years of professional athlete Big Data database, to develop smart fabrics with "evaporation and humidity control" and "warmth and heat storage", increasing wearing comfort and promoting sustainable textile processes.
2. FENC ® LoopFlex: A 'Design Gold Award Gold Award
In order to solve the key pain point of traditional elastic fibers being difficult to recycle and unable to truly enter the circulation system, Far Eastern New Century Corporation synchronized with the upstream direction of elastic esters and developed LoopFlex, which uses a single material to create high elasticity fabrics, achieving a "recycling friendly" solution and gaining the favor of three major brands for joint development.
