TPKE R&D office building awarded with LEED Gold
Tpark registered LEED Campus in 2015, becoming the first fully developed park in Taiwan to register. LEED is the most widely used international green building certification system, established by the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC), providing standards for evaluating green buildings. Following by the TPKD R&D office building in Tpark obtaining the LEED Gold certification in 2020, the TPKE R&D office building became the second building in the park to receive the LEED Gold certification in 2024.

The TPKE R&D office building meets LEED green building standards in multiple aspects, with the following highlights:
- Open Green Environment: Features vast green spaces, with ecological green areas comprising 41% of the total site area (excluding balcony greenery).
- Material Selection: Utilizes materials containing recycled content and locally sourced green materials, accounting for 20% of the total material cost, reducing the exploitation, manufacturing, and transportation of raw materials.
- Construction Waste Management: Achieves a construction waste recycling rate of 92.5%, reducing resource exploitation and pollution.
- Building Design: Incorporates shading designs and selected curtain wall glass to achieve the goal of energy savings.
- Water Resource Reuse: Utilizes high-efficiency water-saving sanitary equipment and recycles condensate water, achieving an overall daily water-saving rate of 70.23%.
All R&D office buildings in Tpark have obtained Taiwan Green Building certifications, combined with spacious outdoor ecological green spaces, becoming the "lungs" of the city. Tpark continuously integrates technological innovation to create an international low-carbon intelligent park.
