The Asia Pacific Smart Green Building Alliance (APIGBA) held the "2025 Asia Pacific Excellent Smart Green Building Awards" ceremony on October 22. Far EaseTone Telecommunications and Far Eastern Resources Development shone among the participating teams from various countries, respectively winning the highest honors of "Platinum Award for Systems" and "Platinum Award for Operations" for their Far EaseTone Telecommunications intelligent operation management platform and Far Eastern Group communication park (Tpark) in Taipei. Among them, Far EasTone Telecommunications has won the Platinum Award in the Design category at the APIGBA Awards since its Cloud Computing Center (TPKC) in 2023, and is the only telecommunications operator in Taiwan to receive this highest honor to date.
In addition, Taiwan Port Corporation's "Kaohsiung Port Tourism Center" and Zhishen Technology's "Taiwan Innovation Center", which represented Taiwan in the Macau competition, were both assisted by Far EasTone Telecommunications in building smart building management systems and won the "Gold Award for Existing Building Renovation" and "Gold Award for Design" respectively.

It has won the highest honor of the "Platinum Award for Systems".

On the other hand, Far EasTone Telecommunication is creating a new smart building management and application system for Zhishen Technology's "Taiwan Innovation Center". Building Information Modeling (BIM) is used as the basic carrier for 3D visualization, and a smart building data management platform is set up. Combined with basic systems such as electromechanical, weak current, security, and green energy, energy data collection and analysis are carried out. Based on the building property requirements of the Taiwan Innovation Center, conference room reservation systems, smart reception systems, and other systems are developed; We also developed an employee app for Zhishen, allowing employees to meet their daily work needs through their mobile phones, while significantly reducing labor and paper consumption.

The Far Eastern Group Communications Park (Tpark) in Taipei has won the highest honor of the APIGBA Awards, the Platinum Award, demonstrating the recognition of Far Eastern Resources Development's performance in intelligent management, sustainability development, and innovative applications over the years. Since participating in the "Smart Residential Space Creative Competition" organized by the Ministry of the Interior's R&D Center in 2023, Far Eastern Resources Development has won the highest level of gold recognition. It has been at the forefront of industry glory for three consecutive years and represented Taiwan in the competition this year, demonstrating its professionalism and strength in park operation and management, becoming an international benchmark for Taiwan's smart sustainable parks.
Tpark Taipei Far Eastern Group Communication Park is invested and developed by Far Eastern Group, covering an area of 24 hectares. Since the planning and design in 2003, with "sustainability" as the core vision, we have continuously promoted intelligence and sustainable governance. With the expansion of development scale, the park extends from a single building to multiple building clusters, covering vast outdoor spaces. To improve management efficiency, the park has independently developed three core management systems: LOD 500 BIM building information model, Digital Property Management System (DPMS), and T-Carbon carbon emission management platform. Senior Executive Vice President Yin Shufen stated that Far Eastern Resources Development will continue to break through the framework and make Tpark a core force driving urban transformation and industrial upgrading.
The APIGBA Awards is hosted by the Asia Pacific Smart Green Building Alliance. This year, a total of 21 entries from seven countries and regions in the Asia Pacific region participated. The competition is divided into four categories: "System", "Renovation", "Design", and "Operation", and each has three levels of platinum, gold, and silver awards. The award ceremony and seminar attracted hundreds of experts, academic and business representatives from the Asia Pacific region to gather and exchange ideas on the development trends and latest technological applications of smart buildings.
