Sustainability Blueprint and Policy
FENC established Corporate Social Responsibility Policy in 2014. FENC amended the third version and changed the name to Sustainable Development Principles in 2022 based on the Sustainable Development Best Practice Principles for TWSE/TPEx Listed Companies issued by Taiwan Stock Exchange and Taipei Exchange.
Sustainability is deeply ingrained in FENC’s corporate DNA, and sustainable governance is an integral part of its core businesses. In 2014, the Company established the Sustainable Development Principles for FENC as well as its subsidiaries under the production business as the highest governing principles for corporate sustainable development. FENC amended the Sustainable Development Principles in 2022 based on the Sustainable Development Best Practice Principles for TWSE/TPEx Listed Companies issued by TWSE and TPEx. The amendment was approved unanimously by all Board members present during the Board meeting on March 8, 2022.
Sustainable Development Principles
FENC promotes sustainable governance with a top-down approach with unified policy on its path to sustainability. Corporate sustainable development is integrated with the Company's core businesses. The BOD serves as the highest governing entity, establishing Sustainable Development Principles that is tailored to FENC and its subsidiaries. The principles exemplify the Company's commitment to sustainable development, and determination to strike a balance among environmental protection, social inclusion and corporate governance.
