FENC was invited to lecture at 2020 UN SDGs & ESD (Education for Sustainable Development) Training Workshop for Professional Teachers On August 13^th, 2020. This event was held by CTCI Education Foundation, and co-organized by Education for Climate Change Program supported by the Ministry of Education. Over 40 teachers from schools around Taiwan participated in this 2-day workshop. FENC has been working on UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) for an extended period of time, and developed FENC Sustainability Strategy Blueprint accordingly. With Green and Sustainable Business Model as the lecture topic, FENC shared its efforts on SDGs, giving participants a glimpse of corporate efforts on developing SDGs in Taiwan. The attending teachers learned about case studies and acquired background knowledge through interactive games, and will shared them with the younger generations in schools.

In addition, on June 5^th, 2020, FENC was invited to speak at Aletheia University, speaking to over 100 students on The Truth about CSR. During the lecture, FENC explained the significance of corporate social responsibilities to corporations and the global community, and discussed FENC’s circular economy practices. The 2 events gave the young students and teachers a deeper understanding in corporate sustainability, planting the seeds of hope for a sustainable future.
