On August 4, 2022, The National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University (NYCU) and Global Views Monthly (GVM) co-hosted the ESG Enterprise Technology Leadership Seminar. A total of 64 participants, among whom many corporate executives, attended the event. Humphrey Cheng, President of Corporate Management, spoke during the seminar on Leading Green Transformation with Circular Economy and shared FENC’s experience in integrating sustainable development with its core strengths, and how a traditional textile manufacturer blossomed into the leader in green manufacturing. FENC dived into the recycling industry in 1988. Despite early losses, the Company persisted with a conviction in environmental sustainability and reusing recycled resources. FENC has spent over 30 years developing the circular economy, helping build the recycling system in Taiwan and internalizing the recycling technology as its core capability. Such ability has been driving product evolution and perpetuating its sustainable business model.
