In December 2023, Xinpu Chemical Fiber Plant launched a paper tube recycling project for polyester POY customers. A chat group was set up with major clients to coordinate packaging material recycling.  Customers adopted designated collection boxes and built rain shelters to protect materials. In 2024, the project achieved an actual recycling rate of 88%, reducing waste and promoting circular use of packaging materials.
