Gold Award From Intelligent Living Space Design Competition

Grounded upon its sustainable principles, Tpark is building smart and low-carbon living with cutting-edge technologies. During the Intelligent Living Space Design Competition held by the Architecture and Building Research Institute, Ministry of the Interior, Tpark stood out among its industry peers with, “Tpark, a Park of Smart and Low-carbon Sustainability,” winning the gold award for its forward-looking design.
Tpark implemented the low-carbon operation project with four major focuses, the Internet of things (IoT), system integration, building information modeling (BIM) and data application. Specifically, the project entails the connection of the construction data from BIM to the facility management (FM) system during the operational stage, which boosts the efficiency and precision in the management of operation and maintenance. Meanwhile, by pairing the carbon emission dashboard with the digital twin technology, the carbon emission data is visualized, monitored and predicted to help formulate dynamic carbon reduction strategies that are data-driven. With each step, Tpark is getting closer to its two major objectives, low-carbon development and smart management, which will also satisfy its increasingly complex management needs. The innovation helps Tpark fulfill the ESG objectives during the entire building life cycle and become an exemplary technological park of smart and low-carbon sustainability in hope of inspiring the development and application of more industry innovations from home and abroad.
