FENC was once again recognized by the Taipei City Government in 2024 as an enterprise friendly to the middle-aged and elderly employees for its unwavering commitment. Specifically, the Company was distinguished for its efforts in organizational culture; recruitment and appointment; training; workplace and job redesign; innovative practices. Additionally, FENC made the list of Top 100 DEI Enterprises for the Strong Generation in a 2024 survey conducted by Business Weekly and 104 Job Bank. The Company was also selected as one of the 22 benchmark enterprises and awarded the DEI Employer Award.
