FENC has become a frequent award recipient for its AI applications in recent years. In May 2025, its in-house cybersecurity intelligence management platform, Catcher AI, was shortlisted as a finalist and awarded Honorable Mention in the Best AI Awards organized by the Ministry of Economic Affairs. Being the largest AI competition in Taiwan, the 2025 competition drew 1,253 teams from 36 countries. With a mere 7.4% of winning, FENC was chosen as one of the awardees, the only winner representing the traditional industry in the 2025 competition.

In November, FENC received the Rising Star Award in the GenAI Stars competition held by the Ministry of Digital Affairs for its Smart Outgoing Quality Control System, which was showcased during the Information Technology Month at the exhibition booth of the Administration for Digital Industries. With integrated AI modules, the system gives the order-to-cash process higher efficiency and accuracy and shortens the duration of manual operation significantly, improving overall performance and transparency of the cross-border supply chain.
