On March 29, 2024, the Suzhou Management Department held a special training on "DeepSeek Helps Organizations and Individuals Reduce Costs, Increase Efficiency, Improve Quality, and Generate Revenue". Xu Haixing, a senior expert in "Artificial Intelligence Trainers" certified by Alibaba Institute, served as the lecturer, and Chief Operating Officer Wu Moji participated throughout the entire process. Through 8 hours of high-intensity practical exercises, the students successfully mastered the operational skills of AIGC tools, achieving a breakthrough from "transactional consumption" to "creative value-added".
In order to hold this course, the training team of the Suzhou Management Department spent two months on precise planning, from AI capability enterprise self-test to pre course questionnaire survey, and then to practical scenario decomposition; From tool chain adaptation to instructor course polishing, every step of communication with teachers embodies the original intention of "making AI tools practical", and ultimately injects new momentum of intelligent transformation into the digital backbone of Oriental Industries (Suzhou), Far Eastern Apparel (Suzhou), Far Eastern Dyeing&Finishing (Suzhou), and Far Eastern Textile Industry (Wuxi) by effectively applying the "three levels, three lines, and three benefits" of the AIGC journey.1、 Tool Revolution: Reconstructing Workplace Productivity in Seven Major Scenarios
1. Official document writing: from "racking one's brain" to "intelligent generation"
The first session of the course focuses on high-frequency pain points, allowing students to experience the disruptive changes in official document writing through DeepSeek. The instructor asked the students to input a 100 word requirement (such as "drafting a project proposal for the renovation of a smart manufacturing workshop"), and the AI automatically generated a complete and standardized 1000 word document. Daily document writing can improve efficiency by more than 10 times.
2. Data analysis: Dialogue based operations replace complex functionsIn response to common data processing challenges in the manufacturing industry, a practical module called "Natural Language Analysis" is specially designed in the course, which transforms the multi-step operations of traditional Excel (data perspective, conditional formatting, chart generation) into dialogue commands.

In the course, the instructor demonstrated how to generate a deep industry report in 5 minutes. As long as the input "Analyze 2024 Chemical Fiber Industry Technology Trends" is entered, the AI will automatically capture global patent data, policy documents, and market intelligence, and output a 30000 word report containing a visual map of the data, marking 32 innovation opportunities and 12 potential risks.
