Due to the downstream customers of automotive fibers, whose products are all related to personal safety, not only tire customers, but also self proclaimed "last line of defense" automotive seat belt and airbag companies, the rigor of fiber skeleton material verification is almost demanding. The process of development, verification, audit, and product commercialization is lengthy and requires huge resources in the early stage. Thanks to the attention and support of the management, Oriental Industries (Suzhou) (Suzhou) has undergone a crucial change.
After years of refinement, Oriental Industries (Suzhou) has now become a stable partner for international brands such as Continental, Bridgestone, Pirelli, Autoliv, and has been actively developing high-performance aviation tires, air suspensions, electric vehicle tires, and airbag bags for high-end markets. The production of nylon 66 industrial yarn in 2017 allowed Oriental Industries (Suzhou) to enter a more diversified market. Other industrial product fields also utilize various materials such as aramid and basalt yarn to create industrial fabrics, which are invested in high value-added markets such as food processing conveyor belts, mold fabrics, filter materials, and construction molds. Oriental Industries (Suzhou) has long-term cooperative relationships with international brands such as Habasit, Forbo, Ammeraal, and Contitech.
Since 2020, in response to the goal of carbon neutrality set by automobile manufacturers by 2050, Oriental Industries (Suzhou) has invested in large-scale solar power generation and introduced a variety of low-carbon and environmentally friendly raw materials, including biobased polyester, biobased nylon 56, physically regenerated polyester, chemically regenerated polyester, and regenerated nylon 66. From Scope 1, 2, and 3, Oriental Industries (Suzhou) has continuously contributed to reducing carbon emissions, and in order to comply with the rigorous attitude of automotive fiber material manufacturers, it has successively passed IS0-9001、IATF-16949、IS0-14001、IS0-45001、ISO-50001、ISO-37001、IS0-14064 Certification of management systems, as well as certifications such as OEKO-TEX, Global Recycle Standard (GRS), and ISCC PLUS for sustainable development and carbon.
In addition, in order to enhance the competitiveness of the enterprise, Oriental Industries (Suzhou) has invested over CNY 80 million since 2020, dedicated to automation and intelligent production, including automation equipment, automated warehousing, SPC statistical management system, FineReport reporting system, industrial silk automatic external inspection, AI intelligent fabric inspection&energy management system, etc. These digital reporting platforms can implement visual management systems, effectively reducing human errors, improving quality, enhancing work environment, improving safety, and increasing effective production capacity. They play an excellent role in the wave of comprehensive cost reduction and efficiency improvement.

In terms of undertaking corporate social responsibility, Oriental Industries (Suzhou) always adheres to the concept of "people-oriented" and implements employee care work.
