FENC established Corporate Social Responsibility Policy in 2014. In response to global development, the policy was amended and renamed Sustainability Principles in 2020.
Corporate sustainability has become mainstream in recent years. FENC has always believed in "benefited from the society, returning benefit to the society" since it was founded, balancing the pursuit of corporate revenues and meeting expectations from the general public. In 2020, the Financial Supervisory Commission issued Corporate Governance 3.0 – Sustainable Development Roadmap, which FENC used as a reference to integrate corporate sustainability and corporate strategies, reforming FENC's sustainability framework and management guidelines to fulfill sustainable development goals.
FENC promotes sustainable governance with a top-down approach with unified policy on its path to sustainability. Corporate sustainable development is integrated with the Company's core businesses. The BOD serves as the highest governing entity, establishing Sustainability Principles that is tailored to FENC and its subsidiaries. The principles exemplify the Company's commitment to sustainable development, and determination to strike a balance among environmental protection, social inclusion and corporate governance.
