Building Solidarity - Company Trip to Vũng Tàu Beach, Vietnam

FEPV began operation in Vietnam in 2018, making employees’ tenure here relatively shorter. In 2019, over 400 staff and family members traveled in 3 groups on a company trip. It is the hope that staff would take this opportunity to get acquainted with each other, and that they understand the Company’s concern for their wellbeing.
The destination for the 2019 company trip is Vũng Tàu Beach. Staff competed in team building games and hiked up to Vung Tau's Statue of Christ (Tượng Chúa Kitô Vua). They also showed off their singing and dancing talents during the evening banquet, which reached the climax when the prize drawing began. And finally, the managers expressed gratitude toward the entire staff, aspiring for the Company to reach a new height, and hoping to contribute more to staff and the society.
Company trips are not merely a form of employee benefit. They bring employees physical and mental relaxation, and broaden their horizon. After returning to their posts, employees are even more motivated to work. Such activity also helps build organizational identification among staff, which is the embodiment of a corporate culture that is human centric.
