The company further strengthens its family care, health care, and medical insurance initiatives to ensure employees are well taken care of while working abroad.

To assist middle-aged and elderly employees in managing their health, Far Eastern New Century has designed health check-up programs tailored for this demographic, providing health education information and implementing follow-up procedures. Through applications like digital signage and VR factory service platforms, middle-aged and elderly employees are encouraged to easily participate in the digital transformation process. This certification covers five major aspects: organizational culture, education and training, work environment and job redesign, recruitment and employment, and innovation.
