- Electronic Payroll System
The system sends payroll information in encrypted files to employees’ email accounts, saving 715 administrative hours each year and conserving paper consumption. - Online Benefit Application
Employees may apply for benefits through the online system. Once approved, online banking system automatically transfers payments to employees’ accounts, saving 480 administrative hours each year. - Online Time Clock
The automated time clock uploads employees’ time card information every minute to record real-time attendance even during the pandemic, saving 480 administrative hours each year. - Personal Information Update
Once the update is approved, the system automatically uploads employee updates to all connected systems, saving 480 administrative hours each year. - Emergency Report System
The system connects key contacts from each plant, maintaining steady communication even during the pandemic. - Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
The Company may verify account records in Bureau of Labor Insurance, National Health Insurance Administration and Department of Social Welfare through Robotic Process Automation in real time, saving 1,440 administrative hours each year.
